Preparation tips

Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a heavy-bottomed pot. Slowly whisk in 1 cup of Zibari Polenta. Continue whisking for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, occasionally stirring to prevent the polenta from sticking to the bottom of the pot and lumps from forming, until super smooth and creamy-about 40 minutes. Feel free to sprinkle in a hearty dose of parmesan cheese for additional richness.
