Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Zibari and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Zibari”, “we”, “us” or “our”) recognize that many Internet users are concerned about privacy. Accordingly, we have developed this policy to explain our online information practices, identify the kinds of information we collect, and describe how we may use this information. Your use of and/or registration on any social media websites or materials associated with Zibari (collectively, the “Sites”) will constitute your agreement to this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). If you cannot agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Sites or submit any personally identifiable information to us.

GATHERING & USE OF INFORMATION

We may collect two types of information from web users: anonymous use information and personally identifiable information. Anonymous use information may be collected by our Sites automatically as you and others browse our Sites. Such information may include the identity of your Internet service provider and its approximate geographic location, the operating system of your computer, the type of web browser you are using, the identity of the website that referred you to our Sites, the time and date that you access the Sites, and the web pages or content that you view. This information may be aggregated and utilized to analyze web traffic and usage or to improve the design and content of the Sites.

Personally identifiable information, by contrast, is collected by Zibari  if you voluntarily provide it. Reasons for supplying the information to us include, agreeing to receive a newsletter, or otherwise participating in features of our Sites that ask for personal information. Such requested information may include your name, company and email address. We may use this information to respond to your requests and inquiries concerning our products and services. In addition, if you correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we use to maintain information received by mail and telephone.

COOKIES & OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Zibari’s Sites may utilize cookie technology, web beacons, transparent GIF images, and other similar devices to facilitate site administration and navigation and to provide an enhanced online experience for our visitors. Cookies are small data files that your browser stores on your computer to record your preferences and to remember the information you have accessed or provided in the past. Cookies do not retain personal information about you unless you have voluntarily provided it as described above. Many web browsers allow you to disable cookies at your option. Devices like web beacons and transparent GIF images are tiny or transparent graphics that allow us to count the number of users who have visited a particular web page or to access certain cookies. Being able to access our cookies allows us to count and recognize users, personalize the Sites, and improve your experience at the Sites. We may also include these graphics in HTML-formatted email messages to determine which emails were opened.

SECURITY MEASURES

Zibari utilizes reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard any personal information that you provide to us. However, since no transmission or storage of electronic data is ever completely secure, we cannot warrant or guarantee that your information will never be released in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. By using the Sites, you agree to assume all risk in connection with the information sent to us or collected by us when you use the Sites. In the unlikely event we believe that the security of your information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you by e-mail provided we have your e-mail address.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

Zibari does not disclose any user information other than aggregated statistics related to Sites’ traffic, customer demographics, and related information, which we may provide to third parties such as advertisers. This information, to our knowledge, is not traceable to individual users. Zibari may share personally identifiable information with our agents and contractors in connection with the provision of specific services to users. We require that these parties not use any such information for any purpose other than the provision of these services, and we require them to comply with our privacy and security practices. We reserve the right to disclose any user information when we believe that doing so is required by law or necessary to protect the property, rights, or safety of ourselves, visitors to our Sites, or other persons, or in the context of a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, where there is a pledge of confidentiality from the receiving party. We may use third-party contractors to help handle parts of our business because of their expertise, resources or scale. They may help us to do things such as fulfill orders, monitor site activity, conduct surveys, and provide analysis. In the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business assets, including a brand or line of business, consumer information may be one of the business assets that is transferred as part of the transaction.

PRIVACY POLICY OF THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & CONTENT PROVIDERS

Some of Zibari’s web pages, including those on the Sites, may contain content provided by and links to websites operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to Zibari’s use of information and data collected by it and not to sites operated by third parties, and it does not extend to such third parties’ collection and use of such information and data. Zibari makes no warranty or representation concerning the privacy practices of such third parties.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT & PUBLIC PROFILE FEATURES

Site users should be aware that, when they disclose personally identifiable information in content submitted for posting or publication, the information can be read and used by others. We make no representations and undertake no obligations as to the security of information you voluntarily include when submitting content.

UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting. Such posting will constitute notice to you of the revised Privacy Policy. Therefore, you agree to review this page periodically, and your continued access or use of the Sites shall be deemed your acceptance of any modifications.
