Preparation tips
Rinse 1 cup of Zibari Red Quinoa and transfer to a heavy-bottomed pot. Add 2 cups water and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed–about 20 minutes. Red quinoa typically takes a little longer to cook than white quinoa, so keep your eyes peeled for its doneness. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Uncover, and fluff with a fork.
