Preparation tips
Soak Zibari Farro for at least 30 minutes before cooking. In a medium, heavy-bottomed pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add 1 cup of farro, cover, and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer until liquid is fully absorbed and farro is al-dente-about 20 to 30 minutes.
